We will automatically become happy.
During our pursuit of happiness, we become controlling. Although we may feel as if this practice helps us, it actually does the complete opposite. To be truly happy, we must build the habit of letting go, which we can do by becoming flexible and adaptable.
Stop being too controlling, no matter how much you try to perfect things, life will always throw something unexpected your way. Understand that inner happiness, self-realization and self-reliance are what help you become successful not control.
If you are happy from within, you will naturally feel less stressed. When you experience less stress, you will think better and feel positive. In turn, this will allow y9u to approach life with a completely different perspective, one that allows you to remain progressive and hopeful. One that allows you to understand and realize your unlimited potential. One that will never stop pushing you towards achieving all the goal you have set out for yourself. Without a doubt, this is what gives you the ability to alter your life and turn it into an abundance of successes.
From this day onwards, vow to become less controlling. If your brother is constantly teasing you and does not stop even after telling him several times, become oblivious to the bothersome behavior. The next time he pesters you, give him a big smile and keep doing what you were doing. Your ignorance will certainly put them off and eventually make him stop. Similarly, stop controlling tiny to big thing around you and just work on improving yourself. In this case, you must be selfish to selfless. You must stop worrying about the things going on around you and focus solely on improving yourself. At that time, you will be able to experience true selflessness; for how could you give, if you don’t know how much you have to give?
