More people build business

If business is so lucrative then why do not more people do it? A part of the answer is found in the following lesson from rich.

When I was making my decision to start my first real estate business, I asked rich, if building business is the riches game in the world, why do not more people play the game? Is it because of lack of money, skills or talent?

Rich answer was short and to the point. The hardest thing about business is working with people. Working with people is the hardest part of business.

Rich nodded and said, most people cannot build a business simply because they lack people skills. People work with people all day long but just because they work together does not mean they can start a business together. And just because they start a business together does not mean that business will grow into a very large business.

So if I learn to work with people, I can play the richest game in the world. If I learn to work with people I can become very rich.
