Realizing that without a goal are unsuccessful and realizing too that with a goal we will have direction and purpose and that our goal will be reached, we begin to understand that the setting of a clearly defined objective is the most important step what we could possibly take.

It has been a constant source of bewilderment to watch the overwhelming majority of people drift aimlessly through life, without the slightest conception of the work for which they are best suited and with no idea of even the need for a definite objective toward which to strive. This indeed, is one of the tragedies of civilization. Nearly 60 percent of all American say they are unhappy with their careers and that they would rather be in different field of work. Ninety eight out of every one hundred people working for wages today are in the positions they hold because they lacked definiteness of purpose to pan a specific course of action.
Toward the end, goal setting is the master kill. It is a quality without which no one can attain riches or outstanding success. The main or women on the move in the person who is intensely goal oriented, The man or woman on sets a goal is the mover and shaker in every area of human endeavor, It is through the practice of goal setting that one can compensate for life’s shortcomings, where those shortcomings be real lack of money, limited schooling or poor self-image or imagined. The setting of goals and strict adherence to them, will cause the window of oppurnity to open in your life.
