This Content Is Only For Subscribers
You need to reach an audience and the best way to do it for free is through social media.
So you can see now this process works for a real person, let’s break down how I chose my platform. To start, I eliminated the ones that do not work for me.
Instagram: I do not take a lot of pics. Bye-bye. If you are an interior designer where are people going to look for photos of y0ur work? Instagram without a doubt. That is how you will get most of your business.
LinkedIn: Great audience of businesspeople but it incredible noisy. But Justin Welsh has used LinkedIn to sell a course that brought in $1.3 million in the first two years.
Blogging: The volume of Google searches has gone down overall. Matt Taibbi bring in 1.3 million visitors a month, so blogging can still work.
Twitter: The audience is not growing, their monthly users have been flat for years. Going viral works there but getting people off the platform and buying on y9ours is tough.
TikTok: No shade on TikTok here, but in my expertise 1 Million follower there or 100,000 on YouTube are not equivalent. In fact by one measure, one YouTune equals 35 TikTok. Then again if your audience is all under twenty five and getting all its news, dance moves and buying advice n TikTok, you have got to go where your people are.
