Last three years average return of equity (ROE) and return on capita employed (ROCE) are both greater than 20% and not on a continuous declining trend.

Debt to equity ratio is less than one.

Promoters pledge less than 10% of their total shareholdings or there is a clear sign that it will fail below 10% soon.

Last three years compound annual growth rate (CAGR) sales growth rate is more than 10%.

Last three year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) profit growth rate is more than 12%.
