My number one piece of advice is you should learn how to program.
You grow more when you get more people prospective.
People think innovation is just having a good idea but a lot of it is just moving quickly and trying a lot of things.
If we want to have the biggest impact, the best way to do, his is to make sure, we always focus on solving the most important problems.
Move fast, take risks. It is okay to try big things you are better off trying something and having it not work and leaning from that than having not done anything at all.
Find that thing you are super passionate about.
The question I ask myself like most every day is, am I doing the most important thing I could be doing.
People influence people. Nothing influences people more than a recommendation from a trusted friend. A rusted referral influences people more than the best broadcast message.
Move fast and break things. Unless you are braking stuff, you are not moving fast enough.
The trick is not adding stuff, it is taking away.
The most important thing is to keep your team as small as possible.
