Both agreed that one of the definitions of integrity was the correlation between a person’s word and a person’s actions. Both said, listen to what a person say but, more importantly, watch what a person does.
If a person says, I will be there to pick you up at 7 am and the person picks you up at 7 am, then he or she is 100 percent in integrity at the moment. Their words and actions are whole. If a person says, I will picks you up at 7 am and that person never shows up, never calls and never apologizes then at that moment the person has 0 percent integrity. Their actions and their words do not match. Their words and their actions are not whole.
