There are only three keys to starting and building successful business, achieving personal prosperity and becoming wealthy.
Stop one is to find a product or service the people want and need and are willing to pay for at a price that enables you to make a profit.
Step two is to aggressively market and sell the product or service in sufficient quantity that you earn enough profit to be able to repeat the process over and over.
Step three is to learn how to manage, administer and account for your income and expressed.

The tragedy is that the underachievement and frustration that most entrepreneur experience is unnecessary. Starting and building a profitable business has been done millions of times but people with not business experience at all.
