If you do not know how to embrace change, you are likely to miss an excellent opportunity only to realize your mistake later on.
Resilient people are flexible because they know the right way to react to a situation. To be truly resilient, be flexible. If you work on building the habits of trying new things daily and seeing the good in every situation, you will slowly nurture the habit of embracing change.
